object -To isolate DNA from available plant material such as spinch leaf  green pea seed green papaya etc. 

Requirement material

Moltar and pestal , beaker, test tube , ethanol , hand wash , sodium chloride. 

Procedure

1.Take small amount of plant material and grind it in moltar with a little amount of water and sodium chloride. 

2. Make it into a solution and filtre it. to this filternate add liquid soap solution or any detergent solution and mix it with a glass rod. 

3.the test tube and add chilled ethanol and leave it aside in the stand after half an hour. 

4.we can observe the separated can be removed by spooling DNA that separated can be removed by schooling. 

Observation

DNA appears  white precipitate of very fine thread on the spooling. 

Inference 

Thus DNA can be isolate from the plant cell nucleus by this technique. 

Precautions

1.all the glass waves must be throughly cleaned and dried. 

2.The chemical used for the experiment that be of standard quality. 

3.If ordinary ethanol is used the time duration for obtaining precipitate DNA may extent futher.
